Bruno Guimaraes says ending Newcastle’s 70 year wait for a domestic trophy would be “massive for everyone”. Guimaraes joined from Lyon in January 2022 as one of the first major signings after the Saudi Arabian-backed takeover of the club in late 2021 and was named Eddie Howe’s captain at the start of this season.
